Inductive proximity sensors are used to detect metal objects without physically touching them. It basically comprises of an oscillator whose windings constitute the sensing face. An alternating magnetic field is generated in front of these windings. When a metallic object comes in the range of magnetic field, the field strength will change. The change in the magnetic field strength is used to calculate the distance of the object. These are used as metal detectors, monitoring the position of machine parts, traffic signals and various other industrial applications. We manufacture inductive proximity sensors in different models and verities.
Inductive type proximity sensors are used to detect the presence of metallic objects. The common use of these sensors is in traffic light system, metal detecting in industrial applications, conveyor belts, hosts etc. The disadvantage of these sensors is that it can't detect non-metals. It offers greater efficiency and higher sensing range. We offer these proximity switches in numerous specifications and types.
SRI Electronics has established its name among the top manufacturers and suppliers of inductive proximity sensors. We have been working in this industry for an extended period of time. Our team is well-versed with the technology, tools, and skills used in the manufacturing process. We never leave any detail overlooked and always created the perfect product. We believe in delivering only the best to our clients without any deformity in the product. You can completely have faith in our company that we will help you get the best as expected.
Our manufactured in inductive proximity sensors are used for non-contact metal sensing. They are the contactless sensors that can be used for counting, position sensing, speed measurement, and more. They are the best fit in extreme conditions, such as the dusty, oily, or corrosive environment. You can use them for different purposes in different industries, like automobile industries, steel industries, material handling equipment, conveyor systems, CNC/NC machines, Process automation, and packaging machines.
